Madder (Rubia tinctoria) root is one of the oldest natural dyes and has been used for many centuries in Turkey, Iran and India. This extract can produce a wide range of colours, from a vibrant red, to peachy pinks and burnt oranges.
 
Natural dyeing is a much more sustainable alternative than conventional synthetic dyeing, helping keep our waters free from nasty chemicals!

To care for your item and prolong it's life, we recommend to hand wash it cold with a natural detergent, and hang to dry.
